Level 2: If not resolved, escalate to our Principal Officer, Mr. Suman RoyChoudhury (Email: po@digisafe.co.in) — Response within 15 days.

Level 3: You can then contact the concerned Insurance Company’s Nodal Officer.

Level 4: If still unresolved, you can reach the Insurance Ombudsman.

Level 5: Lastly, complaints can be registered with IRDAI via igms.irda.gov.in or by emailing complaints@irdai.gov.in.
