Quick Claim Settlement for
Insurance in India

A policy is only as good as the claim it pays. We make sure yours gets paid.

DigiSafe guides policyholders through every step of the insurance claim process, from the first notification to final settlement. Whether you reach us directly or through your local DigiONE partner, our process is clear, guided, and entirely on your side.

Why Quick Claim Settlement Matters

Buying insurance is a financial decision. Making a claim is a human one. It happens at the worst possible time, after an accident, a hospitalisation, a crop failure, a fire, or a death in the family. The speed and ease with which a claim is settled determines whether insurance actually delivers on its promise.

A delayed claim means a farmer cannot repay an input loan after a crop loss. It means a family cannot clear a hospital bill while waiting for reimbursement. It means a small business owner cannot restart operations after a fire while the surveyor's report sits in a queue. In each of these situations, the financial protection the policy was meant to provide arrives too late to make a meaningful difference.

Quick claim settlement is not a convenience feature. It is the entire point of having insurance.

How to Raise a Claim with DigiSafe

Our seamless insurance claim process has three steps.

Step 1:
Tell us what happened

Contact DigiSafe directly or through your local DigiONE PoSP partner. Share details of the incident, and our team will review your policy and guide you forward.

Step 2:
We give you a document checklist

We assess your claim type and provide a clear list of required documents, helping you gather, organize, and submit everything correctly from the start.

Step 3:
We coordinate & track until settlement

Once documents are submitted, we coordinate with the insurer, track progress, manage follow-ups, and keep you informed until settlement is completed.

Raising a Claim Through Your DigiONE PoSP Partner

DigiSafe operates through a network of DigiONE PoSPs, Point of Sales Persons, across rural and semi-urban India. This network exists precisely because insurance in India needs to be accessible at the ground level, not just through a website or a call centre.
