We Manage Process

Once your documentation is ready, we coordinate directly with the insurer to register and manage your claim. We track progress, handle follow-ups, and keep you informed with regular updates until the claim is settled.

What to Have Ready When You Contact Us

Depending on your insurance type, you may need some or all of the following. Our team or your DigiONE PoSP will confirm exactly what applies to your claim.

  • For all claims, it helps to have your policy number and a clear description of what happened and when. 

  • For motor claims, an FIR copy, where applicable, and photographs of the damage are typically required. 

  • For health claims, hospitalisation records, discharge summaries, and original bills are usually needed. 

  • For property or business claims, a surveyor visit and photographs of the damage are standard parts of the process. 

  • For crop and livestock claims, loss reports, photographs of the affected area or animal, and relevant government or veterinary documentation may be required. 

  • For life and personal accident claims, relevant medical or death certificates are required, depending on the nature of the claim.

If Your Claim or Complaint is Not Resolved

Our Process

DigiSafe takes every complaint seriously. If you feel your issue has not been addressed satisfactorily, here is the escalation path available to you.

 Contact our Compliance Officer at compliance@digisafe.co.in. We will acknowledge and respond within 7 working days.

Level 1

Escalate concerns to Principal Officer Mr. Suman Roy Choudhury at po@digisafe.co.in. We respond within fifteen days.

Level 2

Contact the concerned insurance company's Nodal Officer directly for complaint review, escalation, and resolution support.

Level 3

Approach the Insurance Ombudsman for free dispute resolution if dissatisfied or unresolved after thirty days.

Register a complaint with IRDAI through IGMS, email, or helpline for further grievance resolution.
